Iwara Spa offers a range of management and consultancy services, as well as unique spa products for stand alone or integrated spa establishments. Whether you need to breathe life into an existing spa or create an entire new concept from the ground up, Iwara Spa offers both expertise and experience, to the highest standards.

Iwara Spa offers the opportunity to establish the client’s own brand of spa or, alternatively, to benefit from the already established luxury branded ‘Varaya Spa’.

The initial consultancy leads to the design of the spa facilities and treatment rooms, taking into consideration the level of investment, target markets, and the physical environment in which the spa is to be located. Spa design may be either turnkey or a partial / complete refurbishment of existing structures. At all times, a spa is conceptualised to match perfectly with the clients' marketing and general management philosophy, creating an exclusive spa brand, consistent with client corporate identity. In addition to the design consultancy, Iwara Spa also offers staffing, as well as training and development courses for spa managers, therapists, receptionists, and attendants, providing specific manuals, tailored to individual needs.

Iwara Spa also specialises in the development and provision of a complete range of spa products for salon use and retail. The products use imported and local ingredients and may be customised to provide clients with unique products and their own branding or ‘Varaya Lifestyle’ (see ‘The Products’) products can be incorporated into the operations of the spa.

Iwara Spa excels in providing objective independant assessments of spa operations, treatments, services and products, from the guest point of view, and supplies realistic, customised solutions. Applying personalised customer auditing techniques, in the style of the 'mystery shopper', where appraisals are conducted anonymously without the knowledge of the staff on duty, Iwara Spa assures clients of value added commentary, insight and attention to every detail. The aim is to assist clients in reach and maintaining the highest possible standards of service, throughout the entire spa experience.

By identifying the strengths and weakness of the spa, its services and guest experience, Iwara Spa is dedicated to offering impartial and honest feedback, in order to enable clients to make informed decisions for the future. Whether a client is looking to expand, upgrade or improve any area of the spa, Iwara Spa is committed to investigating what improvements are required to be implemented.
